Details About Our Design Process

  1. Consultation and Measurements: Setting a budget is the most important step and will allow you to figure out the scope of your project. Allow Kitchen Remodelers of Pennsylvania to design and create your project with an initial free consultation. Scheduling a free consultation with one of our professionals is the first step in your estimate process. You will be presented with our quality line of products that we offer. At this point, we will discuss your budget, construction details, cabinet choices, and layout. Kitchen Remodelers of Pennsylvania will then present you with an estimate based on project details within 10 business days.
  2. Design: In order to proceed with your design plan, we request a design fee which will be credited to the purchase of your project. With all the essential information collected, Kitchen Remodelers of Pennsylvania can then proceed with the visual floor plans and design. Information gathered is then brought back to our design center, and integrated onto our Computer Aided Drawing program 20/20. This state -of -the- art design program will allow you to visualize the overall aspect of your design in 3 Dimension. 20/20 allows you to view textures, colors, door styles and placement of cabinetry, which will give you a better sense of what the finished product will look like. Kitchen Remodelers of Pennsylvania is here to assist you in choosing everything from cabinetry, appliances, flooring, countertops and more.
  3. Final Consultation / Design: At this time we invite you to come to our showroom and finalize any details or questions that you may have. We will walk you through all the details and floor plans to insure you understand the full scope of your project. This will include styling, finishes, hardware options and customized features that will best suit your needs. Kitchen Remodelers of Pennsylvania also offers a wide range of appliances, flooring and countertop choices to complete your project.
  4. Contract / Deposit: After the final consultation, your project plans are finalized with your approval. Once the plans and pricing have been approved, you will be presented with a contract, and a 50% deposit will expedite your order. Lead times vary depending on the scale of your project. Your design professional will discuss these details with you at this time.
  5. Installation: Once all the products for your project are ordered , and every detail is resolved, Kitchen Remodelers of Pennsylvania can then schedule an installation date with you. We at Kitchen Remodelers of Pennsylvania are considerate of our customer's time, therefore we are flexible with our scheduling. This will give you a good time frame for planning around installation and/or construction. Depending on the size of your project the installation will vary in time. At the end of this phase and to your satisfaction we ask that the remainder of the balance be payed in full.
